All Pro Painting Plus was established in 1985 and has grown into one of the most trusted and experienced painting and allied trades companies in the Capital Region of New York. Founded and led by Michael, a master craftsman with roots in the trade going back to the early 1980s, All Pro Painting Plus has built its reputation one project at a time — from luxury custom homes and landmark commercial properties to historic estates and high-end condominium developments.
Our Story
Our journey in the trades began in the early 1980s in Rockland County, New York, where Michael started his career sheetrocking new construction homes. A natural talent for craftsmanship quickly led him to join a taping crew on weekends, mastering the art of finishing walls to a flawless standard. It wasn't long before a local painting company recognized his skill and brought him on board — and Michael mastered the craft of professional painting with the same speed and dedication he had applied to everything before it.
He started his own company shortly after, and word spread quickly. The local Benjamin Moore dealer began referring work to him on a regular basis, recognizing that Michael and his team had a rare specialty — painting showcase homes for new residential developments where custom moldings, tray ceilings, and cathedral ceilings demanded picture-perfect results that most painters simply could not deliver.
After relocating to the Capital Region of New York, Michael built relationships with some of the region's most respected builders and developers. All Pro Painting Plus went on to complete painting and finishing work for Albany Management on projects including Strawberry Ridge Apartment Complex and Parkwood Village Apartments, as well as Computer Drive Executive Offices. Working with DCG Development, the company painted apartment complexes, commercial offices, and storefronts from Clifton Park to Saratoga Springs. Over the decades, All Pro Painting Plus has painted hundreds of homes — both new construction and existing residences — throughout the Capital District and North Country, including Lake George, Bolton Landing, and the surrounding Adirondack communities.

At our peak we employed up to 35 people. Over time we made a deliberate decision to work with small, focused crews of master craftsmen rather than large teams.
